PROBLEM
The problem we addressed with the FOUNDATION Sixty6 website was the lack of online platforms dedicated to raising awareness about mental health issues and providing information and support for young adults in Southwestern Ontario dealing with psychosis, bipolar disorder (BPD), and schizophrenia.
SOLUTION
To tackle this problem, we developed the FOUNDATION Sixty6 website, leveraging modern web technologies such as PHP for the backend, Lumen for API development, Vue.js for dynamic frontend interactions, SASS for styling, and GSAP for enhanced visual effects. This comprehensive solution offers a user-friendly platform for individuals to access valuable resources, learn about mental health conditions, and find support in their journey towards improved well-being.

1. Researched mental health accessibility. 2. Defined website features. 3. Designed wireframes. 4. Developed frontend with Vue.js. 5. Implemented backend with Lumen PHP. 6. Integrated motion graphics with GSAP. 7. Tested and debugged. 8. Deployed website.
AUDIENCE
The FOUNDATION Sixty6 website caters to a diverse audience, including young adults residing in Southwestern Ontario who may be grappling with mental health challenges such as psychosis, bipolar disorder (BPD), and schizophrenia. Additionally, it serves as an informative resource for families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and anyone interested in promoting mental health awareness and accessibility.
